Trixie Sheffield was the agent for the buyers on a home that we recently sold. While not only being difficult to communicate with, she returned documents and contracts inaccurately, was misinformed about the home she was having her clients buy and almost cost us the sale of the home. Talks about her personal issues such as having to finance a washer and dryer for the reason of her high realtor costs. Also doesn’t know the home she’s showing you. She admitted in closing that she did not realize there was a neighborhood pond behind the property she was showing to her clients and let them offer on until the 3rd showing even though it was one of the highlights of the listing. She also convinced her clients that the closing costs were a debt they’d be taking on if they purchased the home which almost cost us the sale. She was terrible to work with as a seller and do not recommend her to anyone.
